How should I care for my VIETRI handcrafted ceramics?
Most of our collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend using a non-citrus, non-abrasive detergent and placing items on the top rack. For pieces with gold or platinum accents, hand washing is required.
Where are your products manufactured?
VIETRI products are designed in the United States and handcrafted by master artisans in various regions of Italy, ensuring authentic craftsmanship and heritage in every piece.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we take great care in packaging. If an item arrives broken, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours with a photo of the damage to receive a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our concierge team for custom shipping quotes and availability.
Are your products lead-free and food-safe?
Yes, all VIETRI dinnerware and serving pieces are lead-free and meet or exceed all FDA and California Proposition 65 standards for food safety.
