Initiate Your Return

Log into our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack with Care

Carefully repack your items in their original VIETRI boxes with all protective materials to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 7-10 business days.
